Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and has been fixed in Lotus
Notes 6.5.6 and 7.0.2. This regression issue was introduced by a fix for SPR#
SVRO6BMU2V, which is documented in Technote# 1204429.

SPR# HNAA6NX4G5 - Prior to this fix, the attachment icon information for some
executables was lost. This regression was introduced in 6.5.5 and 7.0.
